Recently, I was given a very long backorder on some tile ordered for a Bathroom remodel. After looking everywhere (unsuccessfully) for a similar tile that would work with our design I decided to call Virginia one more time to double-check the backorder. Jonathan Sanchez looked through their database and was able to pull the backordered mosaic from at least 3 different warehouses to get me the original tile in the original quantity- he even honored the original pricing! He is an asset to this company and saved the day!
Me and my husband had a new build house and we were told to come pick our tile from here. We had a wonderful experience there working with one of the reps, we picked out our bathroom and shower floor and some subway tile. We were picky with our main picks and asked the lady about subway tile, just plain white tiles, we didn’t care what it looked like. we found a random one on their site and told the lady we wanted that one and she just said okay and wrote up our order.
