While the tile and product is good, it all has to be special ordered. The sale manager, Kevin Pardo is at best disinterested in customers or service. I recommend working with a different location. Our tile was delivered after a 5 month wait, and no one called to tell us as they said they would. We had to keep following up to get any information. When we asked about whether to bring a truck or trailer to pick up the tile, he couldn't be bothered to answer questions, and kept telling us about the store hours. Not at all happy ... read more

Such a great place to go for tile. The showroom is nicely laid out, and everyone is so nice. I'd go again for sure.
