The showroom is well organized, their selection is decent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason they are receiving four stars is because of a custom tile order that didn't go well. Most of the problem was with Oceanside Tile, but Virginia Tile's warehouse should have kept in better contact with our tile installer on all of the issues and delays.
