A great place to live, location, amenities, metro accessible, security around the clock, and nice front desk staff who always help and understand. I never hear anybody through the walls or see any mice or bugs of any kind thankfully. Work orders get taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The building is very modern and they’re always doing HAVC checks which is nice. No complaints from living here for 3 years.
I lived at Virginia Square Towers for two years. During this time I have to say that maintenance was always on top of any work orders and things were resolved swiftly. The building and apartments were well maintained and I never felt like I had to worry about safety. However, the highlight of living there was truly the staff especially what I experienced during an unexpected illness. Many attempts were made to get in touch with them to schedule viewings and learn more about the units. Despite this, no one got back. I guess the leasing office isn’t paid by commission…
The front desk people have no idea what they are doing. They’ll tell you one thing but then mean the other. The management also at a certain point arbitrarily makes their own rules and when questioned why they cannot give a legitimate reason. Check out AVA Ballston Square and Dominion Apartments instead. The best decision I have ever made was to cut my lease short here.
