Normally, I would give this practice a 5; however, my last visit with the dental assistant was not a good experience. She was very rude. She asked questions I believe she ignored the HIPAA law. She wrote nothing down, question after question, until I was ready to leave. It was her tone. After going to this practice for 5 years, I have never been a problem patient.
