Got here early on time at around 3:00 p.m., but the inside was so very quiet as complete. When my mother and I got in the room, I met this white elderly psychiatrist, whose she to go to work with my mom at the Central State Hospital from where she hasn't met her over a year or a week. I only took a 10 - to 20-minute chat with the new psychiatrist. Hopefully, my test I take may come out sooner or later.
I have had mostly positive experiences with this practice. Alyssa is great! Front staff has not been rude to me. Only request and I'm sure I'm not the only patient to say this....please, pleaseee allow the patients access on the app to leave messages for our provider and request medication refills. PLEASE.
Dr. Beer is the most professional, astute, compassionate and competent doctor I have ever met. I have been through several doctors and therapists in my life so I know that Dr. Beer is exceptional at her craft.
Went to the office to refill my Fathers Medication. Stood at the younger black lady desk to just watch her sit on her phone (I think she is new have not seen her before) But still… Luckily the other lady ended up helping me. This office is not bad, my father has had great experience with Beer and the other office ladies at the desk. Just don’t feel like it’s Professional to not acknowledge who is standing in front of the desk and just watch her play on her phone. Just felt like management should know
