Dr. Beer is the most professional, astute, compassionate and competent doctor I have ever met. I have been through several doctors and therapists in my life so I know that Dr. Beer is exceptional at her craft.
Went to the office to refill my Fathers Medication. Stood at the younger black lady desk to just watch her sit on her phone (I think she is new have not seen her before) But still… Luckily the other lady ended up helping me. This office is not bad, my father has had great experience with Beer and the other office ladies at the desk. Just don’t feel like it’s Professional to not acknowledge who is standing in front of the desk and just watch her play on her phone. Just felt like management should know
Worst experience you can have anywhere ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Asked if they would fill my medication when scheduling the appt as I was new to Virginia at the time. They told me yes. As soon as I sat down in the doctor's office, he asked why I was there and when I told him what medication I needed, they said they don't fill that one. So we ended the appt immediately. I asked if I was going to be charged and they said no. I later got a bill and tried to dispute it. They sent it to collections. I have ca... read more
They are good people and they are nice and good energy
Called office today for medication refill for my son. The Lady I spoke with was very sweet and helped me with all the annoying questions I had. Staff here is always polite and willing to help. My son has only been a patient here for a couple months and I can’t say we’ve had any problems. My family and I are very thankful for all they do. Thank you Virginia South Psychiatric for helping my family.
