Update on 7.26.2026 This practice failed to offer continuation of care. They failed to offer a referral. Rather, I was assaulted in an appointment by a harassing NP. She attempted to implicitly claim that major research universities have zero foreign spy activity. I scored 10/10 on a proctored actuarial exam P nearabouts January 2008. Outliers matter. While Olivia is amazing, the staff- particularly Jordan- is insanely rude, aggressive, and I felt threatened (which only further triggered my CPTSD and anxiety) and uneducated surrounding laws regarding medical care and records. People like Jordan do not belong in healthcare- especially people like me with severe anxiety issues.
Whoever is working the front desk is RUDE who answered on 6/22 at 11:30AM. My doctor retired and made it sound as his patients automatically have a new doctor, not that I need to call early and advanced by months so I don't run outta medicine. The women didn't care and just had a bad attitude. So I asked to speak to someone else who could further assist me with the situation. She lied to the office manager saying I called her an idiot!!!! My doctor retired so they didnt have any soon appts told me to call the location in Midlothian I go to my appt and thie doctor doesnt write one of the RX I have to take (he just personally doesn't write it) so I call back today and the Petersburg location tells me well you cannot come back to our location since you switched?? I couldn't help my dr retired and now im just supposed to "figure" it out. And this is how we treat mental health
