Dealing with people's mental health is not the time to be negligent as far as prescriptions and prescription refill requests. I have followed the 24 hour protocol and now find myself on a Friday afternoon with no response, no refill request and a pharmacy that will be closed by 5:00 p.m. Therefore, I will have NO anxiety medication this weekend. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
So i tried to schedule an appointment on a day i had transportation to get there and the lady i was on the phone with scheduled a day i didn’t have transportation and i told the lady i don’t have a way there and she went ahead and scheduled it anyway and i told her i didn’t have a way there now, i have to waste money to pay to schedule an appointment, What a waste of time to go there i’ve been going there for years and they did something to me wrong now, im not going there ever again!
I'm about to call a lawyer and sue this establishment. They cancelled my appointment and were very negligent and rude. A black lady called me very disturbed to "let me know". I hung up and called my mother... Also I called today for appointment time and they put me on hold forever and didn't answer, I hung up. Very incompetent. There is more I could say, by the way I kept your lying letter about my medication. Get sued. Have some respect.
This place does not care about you or your health. Rude people, who do not listen to patients, staff the front desk and phones; their office policies are absurd, overly complicated, and obviously designed to pad their bottom line not ensure the mental health of anyone.
Update on 8.20.2025 I added several actuarial exam 10/10 specific detail edits below This practice failed to offer continuation of care. They failed to offer a referral. Rather, I was assaulted in an appointment by a harassing NP. She attempted to implicitly claim that major research universities have zero foreign spy activity.
