My doctor retired so they didnt have any soon appts told me to call the location in Midlothian I go to my appt and thie doctor doesnt write one of the RX I have to take (he just personally doesn't write it) so I call back today and the Petersburg location tells me well you cannot come back to our location since you switched?? I couldn't help my dr retired and now im just supposed to "figure" it out. And this is how we treat mental health

As long as you NEVER have to call things are fine. Appts every few months. Refills like clockwork. The minute you have to call you’ll NEVER hear back and things will spiral from there. Imagine being a mother watching her child struggle because you never heard back about the issues with their medication. That’s me now…
