Cant say I was very impressed with there level of service. I needed someone to look after my father while I was out of town for a few days. So I called and setup an appointment a month in advance for them to come to the house and access my father and fill out the contract. On that day I left work early to meet them and after waiting 30mins past the schedule time I called to see what happened well I was told there was an emergency and the nurse would be late. Not a very good company to work for. Someone taking care of others families deserve more pay than minimum wage. Which is what they pay. No they do not have flexible schedules period. You don't get holidays off unless the families say so. Which stinks, whenever the office is closed the aides should also get off. What's good enough for one is good for all. I personally think it would encourage the families to be with their elderly for a day or so. Instead of pawning them off like a dirty sock. We to would like to spend time wi... read more
