Tom has represented me as a buyer and once in a dual role on property transactions. Each time he has handled communication professionally. I have never had an issue on his follow-up. He knows much about his region and has been clear about what he does not know and gets the right answer and follows up.
Called Tom Gross to list a property I wanted to sell that I had tried to sell for a while myself. He said he would look the property over and call me back. Two weeks later, no call so I called again and left a message. Another two weeks again, no call. So I sold it myself for full price. Guess he was too busy.
