Donna and Donnie Hart are fair, honest, responsive, wonderful professionals, who manage their properties very well! ☆☆☆☆☆ We leased a commercial unit from Virginia Properties, Inc. in Stafford, VA for over 8 years, and never had any problems. The few times there were minor maintenance issues, they quickly resolved them. The entire staff (shout out to Justin Thornburn, as well!) was a pleasure to work with. We would gladly rent from Virginia Properties, Inc. again, and highly recommend them to any business!
I was interested in a commercial property that Virginia properties had listed I spoke with Donna Hart who was super responsive and quick. Then was able to work with Justin Thorburn who showed me the property and explain the terms of the lease to where I was able to understand. I didn't end up pursuing the property due to a zoning conflict with the county, but HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial property in Fredericksburg. They made the process easy and understandable for a new business owner.
