I am sadly very disappointed in my short experience with Dr. Chantel. My husband was scheduled here by the VA for a hearing test. We were sent an email with only an address. No business name or phone number. That address took us to a location that was 5 minutes away from the actual location. I am from out of state, visiting family in area. I was having problem with one of my hearing aids, I contacted the Audina Hearing Aid Dealer in Florida to see why I couldn't get in contact with my Audiologist in Maryland State, I was inform that my Audiologist had deceased. I have been a long time patient with the office and I have always gotten great service. I was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, and it would have gone unnoticed if my hearing test had been dismissed as just hearing loss. Due to the abnormality of my hearing test the audiologist recommended I have an MRI done. Because of her experience and quality of care, she saved my life! I cannot thank her enough.I would refer anyone to this office to include all of my family and friends. -Sunni
