I am sadly very disappointed in my short experience with Dr. Chantel. My husband was scheduled here by the VA for a hearing test. We were sent an email with only an address. No business name or phone number. That address took us to a location that was 5 minutes away from the actual location. We came here for our son, the doctor was very sweet, patient with our 3 year old who was throwing a tantrum. I highly recommend this doctors office to anyone!
Terrible experience. I was clinically diagnosed and treated for hyperacusis by no less than 3 other audiologists and a neurotologist. Yet when I came here for an examination, she was disrespectful and without looking at any of my documentation or running any testing, but just by looking and talking AT me, told me I didn't have that problem, and it certainly wasn't as severe as I was saying (db test results stated). I am not quite sure what the last post was about, but I have been a long time patient with the office and I have always gotten great service. I was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, and it would have gone unnoticed if my hearing test had been dismissed as just hearing loss. Due to the abnormality of my hearing test the audiologist recommended I have an MRI done. Because of her experience and quality of care, she saved my life! I cannot thank her enough.
