Reached out in December and was prepared for a slow roll trying to get an estimate for repair work. The hope was eventually we’ll need a new roof so to show good faith they’d do it. There’s been lots of double talk with no follow through. They may be honest and do good work however the telltale after nearly 2 months of chasing isn’t promising. You can tell a lot by how people handle the basics of doing what they say they’ll do. We’ve moved on.

Originally r ached out through their website in late December. Heard back in early January was told we’d get scheduled in early February given I had a conflict in late January. Been calling and have been given double talk and ‘we have 60 estimates we have to do’ The website speaks to the company’s character. Maybe they’re super disorganized rather her than no character. We’ve move on.

Virginia Pro Roofing's whole staff was awesome to work with! Joe was very professional, friendly and thorough when he came to our home to give us an estimate. He told us our roof and gutters had hail damage. He also came back the day our adjuster came out to inspect the roof. Our adjuster agreed with Joe about the hail damages. We had one other roofing company give us a quote and they didn't inform us of the storm damage at all, which indicated that they didn't recognize the problem.
