I absolutely love this company. The landlord is incredible, maintenance is always within a day. I love staying with them and if you have any issues with other companies, you won’t here. Definitely recommend staying with them!!
Great experience. Maintenance as very responsive and were accommodating to any requests such as taking shoes off when entering. I lived at the 21st St location for 3 years and felt that all staff were friendly and respectful. The space was gorgeous and recently renovated with tons of windows and sunlight.
We have lived at one of Virginia Premier Investments properties for 3 years, and have nothing but positive words to speak for our leasing team. When searching for a place to call home, what sold us the most on choosing to lease with them were them telling us that “ Anywhere else, you will be known as your tenant number, With us, you will be known by name and as a friend”, And our experience has been nothing less.
