The people at VPI are really nice. They're responsive, easy to talk to, and you can really tell they mean well. That's why I say please only rent a new construction property from them, because I'm sure that experience is great. We rented 2005 Cedar St. for 2 years. The building was in terrible structural shape and shouldn't have been rented to us, honestly. My husband and I have probably rented from 8 different companies combined across multiple states over the years, and no one has come close to the wonderful experience we had with VPI.
