Every single experience I have had from 2015 onward has been a gem until today. I called with simple questions and simply because the nurse didn't like my tone ended the call. If you have to swear an oath in order to serve the people of our government, you don't get to put your attitude up front. Pathetic employee whom we do not need representing our Commonwealth. 5/18/2025 ~7:30 EST.
I forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted us but he was awesome! Very calming and caring in such a stressful situation! This resource is invaluable.

I dont know if this is the right location but a women by the name of Sherl was a huge help. Our first child had medication in her mouth that was found on the floor. In a panic, we rushed to the ER with little comfort. While waiting I decided to call VPC and Sherl helped us. Wow! She was amazing, from her tone to the information she gave us, she calmed us and gave us confidence. Super thankful she was on the other end of the line. Also, this is my first review ever. .
