I been coming to this office for over 3 years and I been in multiple different offices around Va trying to find somebody who understand me, I got diagnosed 2012 with RA and this is the only office I feel good. I feel like they listen to me and they help me to get the care that I need. The staff is really nice with me they do blood test every appt. Worst experience ever. The lady who does the scheduling was super rude and told me they don't take Medicare. I felt like she was like “sir your Medicare insurance is beneath us”. I would not recommend this place.
My husband was a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I was told they excepted my husbands insurance. I was also told at the time that paperwork would be mailed. Paper work never came so I printed it off web site. I didn’t get a confirmation call. Checked voice mail and checked missed calls. I called the morning of appointment to make sure it was the correct day. My husband and I both took a half a day off from work for this appointment.
