Worst experience ever. The lady who does the scheduling was super rude and told me they don't take Medicare. I felt like she was like “sir your Medicare insurance is beneath us”. I would not recommend this place.
My husband was a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I was told they excepted my husbands insurance. I was also told at the time that paperwork would be mailed. Paper work never came so I printed it off web site. I didn’t get a confirmation call. Checked voice mail and checked missed calls. I called the morning of appointment to make sure it was the correct day. My husband and I both took a half a day off from work for this appointment. I've been seeing Dr Carleton for several years now and have had no problems with this office. The reception staff have been kind and helpful, patient with me and understanding if I've had to call in to cancel or change an appointment. Dr Carleton is great and listens to my concerns and always takes the time to address them. The phlebotomist is always gentle and professional and I usually get my lab results within a day or two.
