Front office new person is rude and Dr Crouch doesn’t like when you ask questions. Extremely unprofessional and we are going somewhere else.
Great doctor and office.The staff there are very friendly and kind.My 11 yr old went there when she was a baby bcos she was a preemie and he saw her in the hospital.Now my four yr old goes there and she’s had two eye surgeries.Dr.Crouch did an amazing job.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came here because my daughter’s eye was watering mildly and I just wanted to make sure everything was ok. My daughter was 8 months at the time. Dr. Crouch looked at my baby’s eye for less than 30 seconds before he said “she needs surgery”. The surgery he recommended was one that she would have to be put under for and it immediately rubbed me the wrong way. I said that seemed extreme and asked if there was a less extreme treatment and he said no. I said no to the surgery and he sent me home with an infor... read more
