The lack of transparency and professionalism surrounding insurance and services rendered are problematic. They prioritize making money over the care of children. Nor do I feel like the nurses handled my child with care. Which is why we stopped coming to this practice.
I’ve been taking my children here for several years and it is the best. I love the walk-in clinic hours. I rarely wait long. The staff is friendly. Dr Omara and Dr Harkless are our faves but all of the providers are great. They always take my concerns seriously.
We see Laura Sullivan as our primary care person for our son and daughter. She is AMAZING!! She takes her time, listens to both our and the kids concerns. If she ever left I would follow her.
Every time we need something, they’re there. Quick to respond if beyond business hours. We’re so happy with this practice. Dr. Tim O’mara is phenomenal with our child, and is very good at explaining things for parents and kids. All the staff has been amazing. While we primarily see Dr. O’Mara, we’ve seen 3-4 other providers and all have been great. There’s no sense of being rushed, blown off or anything. Concerns are listened to.
We love this practice. No issues in the 4 years we’ve been bringing our oldest. Dr Harkless is the best!
