Dr. Bethany Epstein is very professional and friendly. She checked carefully on my son and answered all the questions patiently during the yearly checkup. The medical assistant was great, too! She gave the vaccination shot in a second. My son really appreciate it! The staffs including Front Desk, MA and Doctors are super friendly and helpful.
I have been coming to the Springfield office with my children for years, and every doctor we have seen has been incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I was honestly very surprised to see some negative reviews online, as they don't reflect my long-term experience at all. I have trusted them with my children’s health for years and would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.
Extremely Vaccine-Driven Practice with Concerning Policies This pediatric practice operates with a strict "No Vaccine, No Care" approach. They failed to properly inform us as parents about the risks and benefits of vaccines and showed no detailed knowledge of vaccine ingredients. Simply stating "Vaccines are safe and effective" without any meaningful discussion felt reckless and dismissive of parental concerns.
