My previous dentist passed suddenly and I was in dire need of dental care. I called Dr. Marshalls' office and was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the receptionist, she took the time to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. I was impressed on arrival, the ladies at the front desk checked me in quickly, I sat in a clean well appointed waiting room and was called in five minutes before my appointed time, Dr. Marshall took time to listen to my concerns, then conducted his examination. From my very first appt, I just knew that I had chosen the RIGHT dentist! Dr Marshall is someone you can trust. He has always advised me exceptionally well and he’s always real, and positive! Michelle cleans my teeth and she’s very gentle and caring, she makes getting your teeth cleaned easy! I have lived in McKinney for 31 years and I’ve tried many dentists in the area, but none compare to Dr Marshall. You can rest easy that he will take only the very best care of you… and those you love!

I went for a cleaning and X-Rays, and they did a great job. I went once before and needed a broken tooth pulled and they recommended me to an oral surgeon who did a great job. The staff is professional and friendly, and know their business. Dr. Wadas was great and runs an impressive office.
Staff was efficient and professional. Routine checkup and small filling were both quick and relatively painless.
Dr. St. John is a fantastic dentist. She is professional and pleasant. The office is clean and orderly. The office staff however, in my experience over many years, have been consistently rude, short and come access as quite unhappy. The receptionist in particular does not seem well suited to a career in customer service. She is so caring and a great dentist! My teeth are bad, and she is taking care of them without judgment. She is so good, my son 5 year old son walked in by himself for a filling with her and didn't even cry. Highly recommend!
Dental work seems OK for me, but two family members have had issues with their dental work. But I've had several clerical/insurance issues. I recently had a crown re-cemented. They said they would not submit it to my insurance company because "no insurance company covers that", so I had to pay them. I then contacted my insurance company who said they'll cover it 100%. Now I have to wait for them to receive their fee from the insurance company and then they'll reimburse me. This is the third similar issue with this office and... read more
