Yesterday I received extraordinary service from Carlos Melgar at VOPEC. I have a Toro Recycler Max bought on 5/15/25 from Lowes. It was clogging so bad I couldn't mow the lawn because it would stall. Carlos came to my house(!) to analyze the mower, determined that the Vortex system was inexplicably clogged, and asked me to bring it to their shop in Fairfax. Carlos was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He called me personally and took real time to walk me through my equipment, as I’m new to power equipment. He then offered hands-on help despite being busy. Patient, kind, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of. Really appreciate it. The rest of the team has been attentive and communicative in helping me with service and parts. Great service all around.
The whole staff at Va Outdoor Power Equipment are very knowledgeable and attentive.. Been coming here for years …. Definitely hats off to All at Staff ….
