When I first went there it was great and professional. Now the doctor rushes through my knee shots and runs out lol and then the day of my appointment they cancel. Both my knees are swollen and filled with fluid, I can barely walk or sit too long, makes working painful. So today I’m looking for a new doctor. It’s ridiculous ! Knowing your patients are in pain and to reschedule!
I have been dealing with a hip that has me to the point I can't walk.I went in to make an appointment to see the orthopedist.After hearing my story and the way things have been they took me in and saw me right there at that moment.Upon getting X Ray's it was determined that I need a full replacement I am bone on bone in my hip.I will be getting surgery in a month.Thank you Virginia Ortho for giving me my life back!
I absolutely love Dr. Jackson and this whole practice. Highly recommend them. I drive 40 minutes to go see her.
Maybe don’t set new patients appointments up when the front desk lady is just gonna stare at you from her glass when you come in knowing nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
