This place has the most inept group of people work, or not, at the front desk. It was a struggle just to get an appointment, they did not answer phone calls return messages, finally drove up and requested and appointment. So the change the appointment to same daybdiffert time, go there fill out paper work then the reception lady realized they changed my appointment again but didn't notify me.... mind you I have sat there and filled out paperwork. I am looking for a new dr
I just had my first visit with Doctor Hedjar he was amazing he made me feel important .I felt comfortable. The staff were very kind and loving. I was pleasantly impressed .
I've been seeing Jessica for years now, who I've always felt heard by and loved. I saw Dr. Tiu for the first time and he was phenomenal! I've suspected I've had a connective tissue disorder for years now but no one ever wanted to listen or work it up. When hearing my history he immediately brought it up and explained how it can mimic hematologic diseases, so he sees it a lot. He ordered genetic testing for me on site. I showed up for my monthly infusion at 8:30 AM. I did not get to start until 12:00 PM. Because I had to wait for the medication to come from their main hospital miles away. So many unnecessary red tape and paperwork to generate additional profit. I started my health journey with Virginia Oncology about 5 years ago under the leadership of Doctor Metha.
