Took four months to get a referral to nephrology and was given 5 min by the provider who was apathetic and took no time to answer any of my questions. Couple that with receiving a bill for >$300 to add insult to injury - didn't take the time to properly enter my insurance information correctly. Avoid this practice - do not want to have anyone have the untoward experience I did unfortunately.

We recently visited VA Nephrology for the first time with my 88-year-old father, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. We absolutely loved ... read more

Truly a pity for the physicians, and a shame at the same time that they are either oblivious or egregiously negligent in doing business. It's highly offensive when a 85 year old man waits one and half hour, and when he finally speaks up and asks, "What's going on?" and gets a smack in the face reply of "just reschedule" or a lame excuse that the doctor is very busy, as if patient's 1.5 hours was irre... read more

If my doctor wasn't the best doctor I ever had I would look elsewhere since the office staff is the worst I have ever seen. Don't leave a message and expect a response, you will never get one. Some of the staff act like the patient is doing them a favor by coming there. But Dr. Patel is the absolute best.
