What baffles me the most is how a practice that has been in business for so many years have such inept office/reception staff! Truly a pity for the physicians, and a shame at the same time that they are either oblivious or egregiously negligent in doing business. It's highly offensive when a 85 year old man waits one and half hour, and when he finally speaks up and asks, "What's going on?" and gets a smack in the face reply of "just reschedule" or a lame excuse that the doctor is very busy, as if patient's 1.5 hours was irre... read more

If my doctor wasn't the best doctor I ever had I would look elsewhere since the office staff is the worst I have ever seen. Don't leave a message and expect a response, you will never get one. Some of the staff act like the patient is doing them a favor by coming there. But Dr. Patel is the absolute best.

Waiting time more than 1 hour with no explanation for the painful delay with no internet signal at waiting room

The receptionist was extremely loud talking on the phone and with other patients. I work in the medical field, HIPPA is all I can say. We sat for nearly an hour before being called back into a room, and when we got into a room, we sat another 45 mins until our appt was over. Better scheduling could prevent this from happening. Patients should not wait more than 10 mins for a scheduled appt.. one gentleman said he had waited for 1.5 hrs to be even called back into a room! Horrible!
