I called at 8:16 am on a Friday to say my ac stopped working last night. Marcus arrived at 10:18 and found a fuse had blown on the unit on the roof. He fixed it and was done by 11:34. Marcus was polite, efficient and I highly recommend him and Virginia Mechanical Inc of Tracy 🤙
Called ahead, I know exactly what I needed (evacuate and recharge 68.5oz R410 into a mini split). received a price over the phone ($650). made the appointment. tech arrive, take a quick look and ask for $950 for same service I was quoted $650 for. he calls office (Britney) and she now claims I never told her I need to evacuate the system which is a lie because a) I did and b) on r410 systems, the charge is measured by weight, as their own tech confirmed as he explained how 'involved' the job is. so evacuation is required as ... read more
