The annual maintenance on my heater was just completed by Virginia Mechanical. I renewed my maintenance contract and they will be back out in the spring to complete the AC maintenance. I have had this service for years. This company is the best to work with from their office staff to their technicians. They are all very knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I also like that the employees have been with the company for a long time and you know the technician coming to your home.
Marcus provided exceptional customer service. Virginia Mechanical personnel has always provided professional and timely service at a reasonable cost.
They were great. Got the air conditioner up and running and checked the heating unit also. Everything is running great. Thank you so much for taking good care of this for me. Will be using them for maintenance in the future.
Great service! Marcus arrived early and on the same day I called. He was able to identify the problem was the thermostat and not the air conditioner. He replaced and installed it with a new one. He was pleasant and polite and very efficient.
Virginia Mechanical is the only HVAC company I use for my home and business. They are extremely knowledgeable, have super technicians who are all very courteous and friendly. They also have great prices compared to other HVAC companies.
