If I could give this apartment a negative I would the manger Ricky is very unprofessional we was told we couldn't renew lease his words I don't have to give you a reason why we not renewing I didn't do nothing wrong I never came outside so I knew I didn't do anything wrong me and my kids was on the street with no place to go because of that reason please don't go out there it's like if u not old or disabled or on section 8 then you will be put out after lease up he want let you renew is and every body in office is his right ... read more
Just a bad place all the way around pick in choosing who they want to stay in kick out other no matter how nice it is to me it’s not worth the stay stay away from this place they only want it for old people to stay in disable if you’re not one of them, don’t come cause you’re gonna get put out
I don’t live here but plan on getting a unit with them!! The ladies in the rent office seems sweet & helpful. That’s definitely a good sign, also the landscape & scenery is nice
Nice place to stay but the office manager Rick has a nasty attitude treat his tenants so badly he is very very VERY LOWDOWN!!!!
