DONT MOVE HERE ‼️ The property management is horrible very lowdown and evil..If you have any issues don’t waste your time seeking legal help.. Legal Aid won’t help nor will any other legal organization .. They can do whatever they want to you and it’s nothing you can do about it. I am a Service Connected Disabled Veteran.I am enrolled I HUD Vash,and I was denied housing.I was told that everything on my application was approved,but they were waiting on my Property Landlord's response.I received the initial denial letter.I feel as though because Mr.Tookes failed 3 Inspections by Montgomery Housing Authority he gave me a poor response. I do not recommend staying here maintenance men lazy you have to stay on them to fix stuff they always popping up at your door with out telling you walls thin floor thin you can hear everything conversation
If I could give this apartment a negative I would the manger Ricky is very unprofessional we was told we couldn't renew lease his words I don't have to give you a reason why we not renewing I didn't do nothing wrong I never came outside so I knew I didn't do anything wrong me and my kids was on the street with no place to go because of that reason please don't go out there it's like if u not old or disabled or on section 8 then you will be put out after lease up he want let you renew is and every body in office is his right ... read more
