Took 2 days of calling to get someone to answer the phone or call back. Finally saw the neurosurgeon who was egotistical, dismissive and petulant. Told me I was basically imagining my debilitating pain. Luckily for me another provider and my insurance company believes that intra osseous growths cause pain and I am getting help.
Dont go to this place if your an lni patient they will treat you like a bum and deny your diagnosis. Run from here if your an lni patient.
Please tell me how to get someone to answer the phone. Finally after trying for a whole day someone answers the phone to just say that they cant make appointments for my doctor and that was the end of that hours long hold on the phone. I stayed on the phone for another day and still do not have an appointment. Just hire some people to answer the phones.

5 stars for Dr. Philip Louie and his team. I had a microdiscectomy earlier this year, and it was not only the most hands-on pre/post surgery care I've received, but it was also quickly scheduled. Dr. Louie is a knowledgeable and reassuring doctor that I felt immediately comfortable making decisions between my care options.
