5 stars for Dr. Philip Louie and his team. I had a microdiscectomy earlier this year, and it was not only the most hands-on pre/post surgery care I've received, but it was also quickly scheduled. Dr. Louie is a knowledgeable and reassuring doctor that I felt immediately comfortable making decisions between my care options.
If you are having trouble with sciatica or other back related issues I strongly recommend Dr. Nemani, orthopedic surgeon, at Virginia Mason. I had surgery two months (Spinal Fusion) to resolve sciatica and it's completely gone. He has a great, professional staff and great follow up. Thank God I found him. I'm back to the gym and playing golf, pain free, and hope has been restored at age 80.
Dr. Nemani and the entire team at Virginia Mason Medical Center have given me the very best care, prior to surgery, during and now post surgery. I have been fully supported in all my physical and emotional needs. Always heard, always responded to. I give Dr. Nemani and his team my highest recommendation and as a 40+ year teacher, A+ all around.
Spinal fusion is not an easy procedure but I had a feeling of confidence in the Dr. Nemani team from day 1 and now at week 3 of recovery, I can see that my original impressions were correct.
