Physicians have been great, but the experience is tainted by entirely incompetent admin. They recently implemented a new call system, and I've tried booking an appointment SEVEN SEPARATE TIMES, only to have them hang up after waiting on hold for hours, or sending me directly to a survey after requesting a callback.
While Dr. Hu has been great, we've gotten lost in the VM system trying to schedule a follow up test appointment. First visit was in November of 2025 and the prescribed test is booked out until at least July 2026 and we still can't get scheduled...on top of that VM keeps trying to schedule with a patient who isn't able to track due to memory issues instead of calling me as requested. Very disappointed VM can't get this right, and if a test is needed find a way to schedule or give a referral to another provider...They are good... read more
Just finished the neurosurgery consultation that I've waited months for just to hear "I don't know why your Dr sent you here". If they thought that from the review then why put me through the waiting,tests just to tell me I'm not going to do anything for you. Don't waste your time,money and continue in pain for this crap.
They canceled on my daughter the day of her appointment twice in a row. Now she is dangerously close to running out of her critical medicine. I recommend going somewhere that is actually reliable.
This experience was a nightmare. The covid scare I’m sure played a roll but I still have very realistic nightmares. I believe my fears were treated lightly because of my condition. I did not understand that I was being admitted for surgery the day I arrived. My husband/ family were only allowed during certain hours so I had no one to explain or remind me of what was happening when I came back from tests before surgery the next day.
