They canceled on my daughter the day of her appointment twice in a row. Now she is dangerously close to running out of her critical medicine. I recommend going somewhere that is actually reliable.

I've run out of prescription that is necessary for me to stay awake. Last Friday, I requested refill. Took half dose Saturday and Sunday. Called Monday. I'm out of rx. ~'OH, rx put in wrong queue. We'll get it to doc with escalation note.' Tuesday- day two of no med. Called. ~'In doctor's queue. Just wait ' Unreasonable that there is no effort to process a simple refill.
