I continue to be amazed by the American medical system, but no one has amazed me quite as much as Virginia Mason in their inability to answer their phone, provide the results of any test that I’ve had and then go straight to triple charging when they did not get a bill paid based on services that they haven’t fully rendered. If they can’t even manage their online billing system how can we trust them with our medical results? This explains some of the malpractice lawsuits against them.
