We have been waiting for 3 months to get an appt with the general surgery dept since April 2024. for my son’s chest. Every time we call we get the run around that the Dr. is reviewing the records and he’ll call us back. I tried to call for my son who is 21 since he wasn’t getting anywhere at all!!!! and talked to a very rude tacky and beyond unprofessional scheduler saying since I’m not authorized she can’t do anything for me etc… They keep asking for x-rays from Kaiser when they act like they can’t just do it themselves how... read more
