On May 27th I had surgery for a total knee replacement the staff there was absolutely great. I want to thank you and appreciate all of you taking care of me while I was getting prepared for my surgery and after.
The staff here are AWESOME, sorry for the all caps but it's impossible to overstate this. They are obviously extremely busy but everyone who dealt with me was friendly, reassuring, compassionate and wonderfully competent. They turned a bad day into something I'll remember as a positive experience.

They need to have refillable water stations with ice. Take a clue from Tacoma General. Been here for hours now and I will not keep buying bottled water!! Besides the environmental impact and nearly 3$ a bottle!! Irritating
