Park in upper lot. Subterranean parking to elevator has poor signage.
I just waited 58 minutes to schedule a CT scan for my life partner. 58 minutes. No option to get a callback, no other way to schedule the appointment. I feel incredibly insulted. I know "waiting" doesn't sound that bad, but 58 minutes of voice lines every 30 seconds telling you useless information about insurance policy, weapon policy, medication, and etc. constantly cutting off the calming music, not allowing you to even THINK about *anything* because you're getting talked at *constantly*; well that's a unique form of tortu... read more
