Mine was preventive checkup and they ask to disclose all the medical history and Dr asks the history again and then they charge for diagnostic appointment. The hospital is ridiculous.
Nonchalant and incompetent front desk. Had a Cardiology appointment for a lab test and I checked in online and again at the front desk when I arrived early. I was asked to wait and was not called for 45 min. When I enquired with another front desk personnel, I was told I need to put down my name in a paper list which apparently had no priority based on appointment time. Terrible in billing and trrrible customer service when I call. Also downtown Seattle charge more for a specialist visit.
