Since your complaint hotline has a full voicemail, I’ll leave my complaint here. I am a patient and this is the only medical facility that has almost killed me. They have left me without medication and did not respond to the mychart message about my medication refill for 5 days. I had to call on 2 separate occasions just to have someone acknowledge my request. As of Oct 2026 Dr Tzou has cancelled everyone of my appointments in the last year. So 3 appointments that Virginia Mason canceled and you want to know what their solution was, rescheduling me for the NEXT APPOINTMENT SPOT WHICH IS 4 MONTHS AWAY. My care at this location has been UNACCEPTABLE. I will be filling an official complaint to the WA state hospital board.
It’s a good clinic. The primary care doctors are good. The dermatologists seem pretty good but they all seem the same anyway. The orthopedic PA (middle-aged white guy) is good and has good personality/bedside manner. The foot guy seems decent, although I’ve only seen him once or twice.
The providers are nice but the check-in process makes you late. It takes forever to check in. They never have all five desks staffed
I have had great experiences with the staff and physicians at Virginia Mason, Bainbridge. I'm so glad we have quality care here on the island
