Very unprofessional! Unorganized!! Told me I had to give blood before my appt. They never told me she was on vacation! Sent me to another location they were closed till the end of the month! They had an address where to go! I go to this location only to find 30 people waiting and a 3 and 1/2 wait time just to give blood!! Very Unorganized!!
