My visits at this clinic should only $20 copay. When one claim was submitted incorrectly, they billed me for the full amount. I called multiple times to resolve it, including once with an advocate from my insurance company on the line. During that call, I was told the bill would be corrected and that I would owe $20. They never corrected it and eventually ended up sending it to collection, making it a pain in the ass for me to pay, which at this point I'm willing to do just to get them off my back. I had a worst experience with dr Khong this morning. She did not introduce herself and did not listen. It only took a couple of minutes and she was done. What a horrible doctor. She needs to learn to treat patients with respect. I will never come back to this clinic.
