I have been seeing Dr. Vandenbelt for 15 years. He is an excellent psychiatrist, compassionate as to my mental health well-being, calls back promptly to emergency paging, and is extremely knowledgeable.

He barely answered any of my questions at all. I needed a whole lot more information. The staff was mostly friendly and professional. He didn't show attention to detail. He would tell me verbally how much medicine to take. He rarely wrote down how much I was to take while I was being titrated up on the dosage which is very important to do. When I made an error in the titration dosage (too much), he said, oh well, you are at the maximum dose which is more than I had planned for you, but you are there now . . .
