Excellent service
June 2025 update. We bent a blade on a large root. Called them and they were out in less than two days with the mobile repair truck. Fast fix. Fair pricing. Continued great pricing. Would continue to highly recommend. Earlier comments. Virginia tractor has been servicing my lawn tractor for years. Did not care for the political party affiliation but the store seemed fine, didn’t have the hat that I was looking for. My only complaint is I am not a fan of Donald Trump but the parts guy had drank the kool aid and wanted more, nice guy though.
Horrible customer service.
The service at Virginia Maryland Tractor is horrible. I sent my JD S240 in for the annual service two weeks ago and have not received a single contact from their service department. I have called them 3 times asking when I would get my tractor serviced and returned. Each time I called, they responded that they were working on a quote. On the thrid call (two days ago), I authorized repairs regardless of a quote - just do it. I have still not received any contact from Virginia Tractor Service department.
