Do not move here. My experience with this apartment started out about 3-4 months ago. I got in contact with Erin Kinsey and was able to schedule a time and day for a tour. When my potential room mate and I got to the apartment, the landlord was no where to be found. After sitting around and calling Erin for a hour we were able to get ahold of her and she apologized and said she had a flat tire and had maintenance unlock a unit for us to view. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 0 star!!! This place is a slum. Disgusting, poorly kept, bugs, it smells of urine. MTH management are scumb, they'll only talk to you if they need something from you. The woman who manages the property is human garbage, and knows nothing about her job. Hope you never have an emergency like water pouring out of your ceiling they'll charge you for the damage.

10/10 would not recommend living here. Charge 1000 + for a non updated moldy apartment. False advertising with appliances. People steel your packages and they do nothing about it. When you call to have things fixed or looked at they 1)dont care 2)dont call back/answer. These neighbors are not friendly nor do they clean up after themselves. Good luck getting ahold of the staff!
