Not worth more than 800 for these apartments, don’t let anyone fool you! To many problem they choose to not resolve. Trash disgusting . Terrible ventilation in the apartments.wind comes through windows and outlets! Doors havent been replaced in years so everything old Winter time terrible.. I’m possible to keep warm and bill always 200-400 in winter. Manager Stacy is cool but the new owner very iffy…slight slum
It's a neglected dump. Bad element as new renters. Poor management
Very wonderful apparent Stacey and staff are wonderful and everyone is friendly. Apartment's are nice and wonderful. Wonderful out door's.
Stacey goes up and beyond...very kind courteous...the apartments itself are very nice spacious and secluded!!!
