Manager is cool
Disgusting apartments.. walk into a hallway and find about 4 dead adult roaches dead on their backs. Cleaning lady just sweeps them outside doesn’t even toss them into the dumpster. So they’re just there right by the door :) nice to see they painted the front of the apt and added sun protection for the windows but left out the back of the apts.. I don’t think anyone was concerned about the color of the apts but the roach infestation is OUT OF CONTROL.. couple years there won’t be a Virginia manor with the amount of roaches. ... read more
Streets are like a river here on Virginia Drive
Very,very,sketchy people.Gates NEVER work or lock properly. Pay for key fobs to enter building but tenants leave rocks or other items to keep the doors open. So there's no point in having to pay for them when tenants don't follow the policies. Just makes it unsafe for everyone else. Roaches are out of control. Owner doesn't keep up with infestation. Dog park has no shade for summer and residents don't clean up after their animals. Dogs are never kept on leashes. Resident constantly feeding all the feral cats that get into th... read more
