Streets are like a river here on Virginia Drive
Very,very,sketchy people.Gates NEVER work or lock properly. Pay for key fobs to enter building but tenants leave rocks or other items to keep the doors open. So there's no point in having to pay for them when tenants don't follow the policies. Just makes it unsafe for everyone else. Roaches are out of control. Owner doesn't keep up with infestation. It's ok not the worst place but they need to fix plumbing and control pest
When I lived there a few years ago it was good. Crystal was the manager. She was amazing. I had a 2 bedroom and my tent included utilities, great deal. New owners now. I went to visit a friend and in her building the floors in the entryway and hall to her apartment were terrible, messed up. The walks were dirty too. The new owners jacked the price up a couple of hundred dollars a month and no utilities. Come on, it's Virginia Manor, its Oakey Town, not Barkley Ranch.
