Virginia mabasa was excellent
Sent me to a pt place with a 2 mo wait. Told me they'd extend my disability but then proceeded to never mail the form to sdi. When asked about it they decided to back out and not extend my disability. Aswell as forgetting to refill my medication on multiple occasions.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Seltzer. He takes care to explain the procedure and I experienced no discomfort during the epidural procedure. He has a kind and caring personality
Dr. Seltzer is very down-to-earth and includes the patient in his care every step of the way. He is also compassionate, understanding, and kind. He's current, yet old-school in his attitude of being there for the patient and making the patient feel as if he/she is the most important person he is talking to. I highly recommend this Dr. His Staff, Ashley M., imparticular, is very kind and treats the patients with respect. Robert, too, the nurse, is also tuned into the patients' needs. Dr. Seltzer is an amazing authentic Dr. he really cares about his patients and he works hard.
This is the worst organization I ever had the misfortune of going to. I took me 1 1/2 months just to get an appointment, then was told to come back 2 weeks later, after giving them a urine sample, before they could do anything. Came back after the 2 weeks and they had no information or results from the previous visit. They wanted me to leave another urine sample and come back in another 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable for an MD office. Avoid at all costs.
Dr Seltzer has given me the best care over the last 5 or so years.
Haven’t met him, but hope to. His Medical Group is very unorganized and inefficient. They don’t return calls or read your chart to check on your medical history. Very scary
Dr Seltzer is a phenomenal doctor. He is compassionate and willing to listen/help. I've been seeing him for at least 7 years and have appreciated his concern and care. The only negative is the changes they made to their phone system means you cannot get a live person on the phone. It's incredibly frustrating not to have an option to reach the front desk. Please change this!
