Extremely unprofessional and alarming experience with the intake staff and Senior Attorney Aditi Kulkarni at this branch. Having problems with my landlord about sewage problems I had to go to their office and get all the paperwork and then go back and turn it in and they kept telling me they were coming even gave me a time and day and never showed up and this went on the whole time I was trying to get help and they never came out to look at what was happening and I never did get any help. Worthless organization in Lynchburg.
wrote to them while i was incarcerated...when i got out more than 3 months later they still hadnt responded
Do you people not answer the phone?? Also, I spoke to someone about a serious matter in my life I needed legal advice on... one person gave me a bunch of numbers to call that weren't able to help... the other woman said they dont help people with my kind of questions and concerns... which is so weird being this is a legal advice line.
