It was my first time visiting this location and unfortunately, there were some construction around the area. It took me in circles and led me to my appointment exactly 11 minutes late. Customer service told me it was fine. Make them aware that it was due to being lost when arriving to the location, the receptionist wasn’t helpful. The manager wasn’t helpful and my services were denied. They turned me away for being one minute past my allotted 10 minutes. The nurses are wonderful and kind ! Doctor, Catherine Bagely is not the doctor you want to see. She's lacks care and empathy while pushing a preconceived idea of who you are and your reasoning for being there. I wish she was not the women I know experience the most sensitive time of my life with. Literally a great faculty, I wish she was one of the doctors who left instead but hey. Get the care you need and avoid her!
Front desk people are not the best with communication. Monique was really rude! When asking questions, she raised her voice and got smart while rolling her eyes. Her and the co-worker working with her continued to talk about me when they thought I was not listening anymore and I could hear everything they said.
