So, I did a thing this week and I’ve had this project on my agenda for the last 4 years but finally did it . We use a dry lot area for our cattle during the winter to get the cows off the pastures when we need to drag fields or contain animals for transport etc . it’s a great set up . We do rotational grazing for them on three pastures that can be sectioned off for continual use of the dry lot .
