Virginia Angle was 40 min late to my appointment, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction about her being 40 min late she responded “oh 40 min actually isn’t that bad! My patients love me so they don’t mind waiting” love her or not, 40 min late is not ok, and her response was even worse. A “I’m so sorry I got caught up proving excellent care to my last patient and ran over, but I plan to give you the same great care” or something like that would’ve been a better response.
