Only reason I gave any stars is for the doctors and nursing staff. They are absolutely amazing. Their billing department however is least to be desired. If you’re disabled or a disabled veteran such as myself, you can’t be seen because they won’t do the paperwork for Medicare. And even those who doesn’t have Medicare has had issues with billing. Every other facility will bill Medicare knowing that they will reject it since they don’t cover anything IVF related and send it to the secondary insurance to cover some or all of th... read more
