I called this company to do a repair on my irrigation system. They came out and repaired it the same day. When I got my receipt it said Brothers Irrigation on the receipt and not VA Irrigation. Six weeks later it broke again so they came back out and fixed it again. 6 weeks later we turned off our system for the season and when we turned it back on it is broken again. Now he is saying we need a new pipe and wants to charge me again. I said no way you didn't fix it right the first two times. I would avoid this company and Bro... read more
Armando came and said my backflow was not working and said he could fix it for additional $50 as opposed to paying $500 for a new one. I paid the $50 and a month later it was not working again. I now have to pay $500 for a new one. Be careful that they will brake sprinkler heads on purpose and tell you you have to pay to fix it. I just don't trust them anymore. Caught on camera.
