horrible office, always late for his own appointments that he has to push back in the first place. never refills VITAL prescriptions on time. overall draining experience with a lack of professionalism and regard for patients health. don’t get me wrong, nice people just super disorganized

If you have specific needs or need to make payments ahead of time, before your appointment do so. Now you can communicate with the staff via the portal. Office stays busy, but are great with being flexible, working to find times that work with you the patient. They actually listen and hear YOU
Horrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this Dr. I am a disabled veteran with severe PTSD. On the day of my appointment which I took off of work to schedule, he cancelled my appointment due to his office dropping aetna insurance. I had no previous notice that my insurance was not covered. I received an email stating my insurance was no longer accepted the same morning. If the office had trouble contacting me the email could've been sent a week prior. This has been prolly the worst Dr's office I've ever had. 1st appt was 2 hrs later than it was supposed to be before I even got called back. Nothing but issues and excuses when it came to getting rxs refilled. Constantly had to call and battle with Dr's office to get refills put in. CVS would send over countless requests via fax, email, and phone only to have the Dr's office tell me they never got them. Ran out of meds frequently because of this.
