I have been a patient for several different in-office procedures with Dr. Sundin over the years and he is fantastic. He is a great listener, and makes genuine recommendations on what would yield the best results. I’ve seen him for an ear lobe piercing repair, and also lipo. I did a ton of a research prior to choosing this office but I made the right call for sure.
I was referred to this office by VCU emergency room for assistance with correcting filler that is causing swelling. I called and after I explained the situation the receptionist responded "yeeeeaah that's a lot" and then tells me that"we would need to get approval from the doctor before we even spoke to you" " we don't do that here". VIPS has a "hidden jewel" - her name is Dede! She is an outstanding and professional technician. Dede has a great personality and made me feel completely at ease. I have struggled with dark spots for years and Dede listened to my concerns and explained my non-surgical options. I decided on the "Cool Peel" laser treatment and Dede tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible before, during and after the treatment.
