We visited on July 1 at approximately 10:15 a.m. to seek urgent care for our 2-year-old child, who had a minor injury. After waiting for about 40 minutes without being seen, we decided to leave. We were also disappointed with the customer service we received from the front desk staff. We did not feel welcomed, and the receptionist was rude and unfriendly.

I cannot recommend this urgent care enough. I came in with a head cut that would not stop bleeding, and Rosemary along with the front desk staff, the nurse working with her took outstanding care of me from the moment I walked in. They were attentive, thorough, and never once made me feel rushed. The level of care and professionalism was exactly what you hope for when you are dealing with something that has you worried. Thank you again to Rosemary and the team for taking such great care of me today.
My experience was so good. Everyone was nice from the staff and the nurses and the doctors. They did a good job.
