Updated: If I could give the management staff less than 0 stars, I would! They have all these 5-star reviews because of the excellent doctors and the fact that they text you repeatedly for reviews after your visit. Charlene, the operations manager, is rude, condescending, and unsympathetic. I came in for an appointment 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes late, and they refused to see us. My husband had an appt with Dr Rimicci. I took time off work and drove us there with an 11-month-old, and all Charlene could do was talk to me... read more
